1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mm98. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by mm98 ("Platform"). 2Eligibility & Registration

3Account & Security

Mm98 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that such losses were caused by mm98's own negligence. All activity that occurs within your account is solely your responsibility.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Mm98 provides a range of local payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and major local banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 10. No maximum deposit limit is set, however deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30. mm98 is committed to processing withdrawals within 2 minutes for all supported payment methods, subject to completed account verification.
• Payment Method Verification: The payment method used for deposits must be in the name of the same mm98 account holder. mm98 does not permit third-party payments.

5Bonuses & Promotions

6Game Rules

• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses more than once, or any form of promotional system exploitation.
• Third-Party Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, pattern recognition software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Hacking & Cyberattacks: Any attempt to access systems, servers, or other users' accounts without authorization.

8Account Closure

You may close your mm98 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn, as the account closure process cannot be reversed once completed.

Mm98 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of any term in this Agreement.
• There is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You have requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming program.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities to do so.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, mm98 reserves the right to withhold funds associated with the violating activity. Funds unrelated to any breach will be returned to you once the review process is complete.

9Liability Limits

11Terms Amendment
